I too have complained about my neighbors LOUD music and was told to confront them or call the police ..I was sooo pissed off at that response I went down to the office and yelled at the idiotic girl and told her that was HER job not mine and that is what she gets paid to do haha needless to say the 2 couples that were in there did not sign a lease ...to top it off forget the fact that if you have to get up at 5-6am for work ..the ------- "gangster" wanna be and his booming car as he drives as slow as he possibly can in the parking lot and the bass rattles the wall and then he will sit in his car for about 30minutes with it still booming at around 1-2am and when you complain to the office its always call the police well ..did that and they come out and the jerk doesnt answer his door..then what'!'!' they need to SCREEN some of these people that they have moving in here and get some balls and tell these -------s to turn their music down especially the loud car stereos at all hours of the night THATS THEIR JOB! and when i complained that the hole in my ceiling has not been fixed for 2months now (and still isnt) i was told it would be fixed immediately (that was 2wks ago) and the "black" maintenace man ..WATCH OUT FOR HIM I have personally witnessed him trying to break into my neighbors apartment with a crowbar and when he seen me he left and got on his golf car and drove away ..and when i tried to mention it to the office they didnt care ...so yes this place truly sucks ...Cindy is always helpful and prompt but she really needs to get new staff and some maintenance men that are actually worth a ----!! and actually no what they are doing...I love living here but the loud music and the NOT WANTING TO DO THEIR JOB office staff has really made me sorry that I renewed my lease (which I will not be doing again)..and not to mention the ground and breezeways are ALWAYS trashy ..and some of the people who lurk around here ..its getting to feel alittle unsafe but hey the office staff doesnt give a ---- who breaks in and vandalizes ..hey as long as they get a paycheck thats ALL they care about ...

The Staff: Inside the office is great. Especially the black maintenance man he is bad news. The Grounds r clean and free of dirt. The Staff has worked there azz off to make it look as good as it is right now. So whoever you are get your info from a better source nexxt time you want to complain because they probably made you pay late fees or pick up after your dog!!!!
