I think you may have a mistaken for another community. We have very strict occupancy guidelines. We only allow 2 people in a one bedroom and 4 people in a two bedroom plus one baby up to 6 months old. I am the manager, have been here for almost 5 years and I know who lives here and anyone who is over 18 and lives here must fill out an application and have their background checked. I can assure you that whoever has written this comment has never lived here and is just trying to make us look bad because we have such great ratings. We do offer a Satisfaction Guarantee and it is our promise to you that we will do everything possible to make your stay with us a pleasant one.

LOL @ the above post! What a joke. Just because you have rules that say you cant have 10 people in there dosent mean you can enforce it. Anyone can pass a background check, just look at the airline employees that have Customs clearance for DFW , yet smoke dope on property!

No kidding! I had a bunch of people who looked like geenies popping out of a bottle stink up the whole building with their nasty curry and lack of personal hygiene. They destroyed the carpet and the place looked worse than the kurt cobain suicide crime scene when they moved out.
