I have tracked the comments on this site about the complex. I lived there for about 3 years. Just about everything written is true. The complex is older but fairly well kept. No complaints about repairs. Yes the walls are thin, the floors creak, often you do have noise problems but all in all probably no more than any other like complex in that area. My complaint has more to do with tactics used by office staff once they know you are leaving. All of a sudden nothing is done to assist with leaving. Questions are met with blank stares, you are told everything is fine, nothing more is needed and then they nail you with final exit costs (presumably because they know you're not coming back). So everything is fine while you live but don't expect any service after the sale if you decide to leave!

Wow...what a cat fight. I was actually interested in this complex...I was even considering them still after reading this review UNTIL I got to the managements' response. Dear management team....I really think you should learn to read things and move on. This just lost you a potential sale and I'm sure I wouldn't be the only one shocked by how immature and caddy the people who are supposed to run my place of residence really are. Congratulations

Wow, blank stares. That is an interesting perspective. I think the blank stares usually come from the resident who doesn't understand the lease they signed in regards to move out procedures. Perhaps, you misunderstood our looks of amazement that you didn't understand the lease we went over with you at move in. We couldn't be more fair when it comes to billing residents at move out. If you leave your apartment clean and undamaged and you give proper move out notice in writing, then "everything IS fine".
