I live currently live at Centre Oaks and have encountered various problems (I too have had subfloor issues among others) not uncommon to older buildings. EVERYTIME I report a problem it is PROMPTLY addressed and I am VERY DILLIGENT about getting it fixed to MY satisfaction and they always get the job done and are very courteous in doing so. I have never encountered a "snotty" or unprofessional attitude from any of the ladies in the office. As for the allegation of provacative dress, these are young, attractive women who dress appropriate to the industry and area. Finally with regard to the 18 wheeler and other noises. Were your eyes closed when you applied''' Centre Oaks is in close proximity to an industrial park and DFW Airport. The below market rent charged there either makes up for it or it doesn't but how stupid would you have to be to move to the CentrePort area and then complain about the indurtial noises''' PS, my guess is the slanderous comments about "tits" hanging out came from a small breasted woman, under 5 feet tall, tipping the scales at 205, whose just lonely and jealous!! My wife (a woman with an ample bossom)and I like all of the office staff very much! -
In case any of this is unclear, we are very satisfied with our choice and the efforts of the office and maintenance staff of CentreOaks.

221 here. Six year resident.
I did not see the comments prior to rschafer. But I can imagine the individual benefited from...um...getting that off their chest. Word of advice, don't rent in Europe. They've got bosoms flopping all over the place. Guess that's why they're not so uptight about the human body. Keep up the fabulous work my peeps!
