Chesapeake Apartments

not worth your time or money! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/31/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005   Management here changed in March, and it's all been downhill since! Nothing gets fixed here, the property is dirty, there are giant roaches EVERYWHERE, and nobody cares!!! The boiler system was down for 4 days last week, so nobody in the entire complex had hot water! Management didn't tell anybody a thing! The swimming pool has been closed since the end of May or the first of June. There are always cop cars on the property late at night, and nobody in the main office ever can tell residents why. It's appalling. All I know is I will NOT be renewing this spring!
