Chesapeake Apartments

NO!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/28/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   I've lived here for a couple of years, and this place has gotten HORRIBLE! There have been three different managers in less than two years. And the maintenance staff is more than willing to fix your problem IF it's a quick fix, like a drain clog or if your AC needs freon, but if it's something that's more difficult to fix yet DANGEROUS, then nothing happens!!! And the property is so very dirty all the time. And the new manager, nice or not, does not communicate with residents! Praying till my lease is up...
