I agree with the previous review-- it really depends on your neighbors. (Four townhomes face each other and share a sidewalk.) I have two neighbors who are quiet and friendly, but we have a group of about 4 or 5 people who moved in close by and are loud. And for some reason, one of them who has a motorcycle feels the need to park it in the sidewalk in front of the doors and rev it for 5 minutes each time he's about to leave. As the previous person said, it's changed a good deal the last year or so. I like the spaciousness of the townhomes and the patios, but recently I've been a little more wary of our safety there. Not that it's the "projects" by any means at all, but sometimes I'm embarrassed to have friends and family over at night because people outside can be loud and obnoxious.
Some maintenance like peeling door paint and litter could be better, but for the most part they've been responsive to indoor maintenance requests. It seems like we have new management personnel every month, but the current ones seem to work hard to make things better. The location is so convenient to the major highways. So I guess I could summarize that it's a pretty decent place to live if you're lucky enough to end up with good neighbors.
