Terrible Maint.-click here for all the problems From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/30/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   At first glance this place looks great. They have great move in specials and you can get a 2bedroom 2 bath for a great deal. But remember you get what you pay for. The maint is terrible here. I live near the pool which is no longer a pool but a lake. It is green and attracts mesquitos. It has a solid film covering the top of it. I have seen the city health insp. out here 3 times in the past couple of months writing up numberous things. When I moved in they said the acess gates would be working by the end of the week. My lease is almost up and they still haven't worked. Trust me if you are going to live in this area you want the acess gates. The management is rude and unwilling to help. Upon move in our a/c was broke and it took them a good 2-3 weeks before they even came to look at it. Even then we were going to the office every day to remind them that it wasnt working. For the past month I have had to go to the post office to pick up my mail because the apt wont fix the broken mail boxes. There is a sprinkler system that has been broken since I have lived here that leaks water all over the side of the complex I live on (mesquito trap). Also after talking with a former maint. man we have discovered that they are moving couples into apartments that dont even have cabinets in them. Like I said at first look this place seems great but looks are deceiving. Trust me you dont want to live here. Nothing but problems. They have told me over and over that these things will be fixed by the end of the week but it has now been 6 months and not one thing has been fixed. The only person that was helpful was Missy, good job MISSY you are the only reason anyone might want to stay here.
