Chisholm Trail Townhomes

On the upswing... From: cindylou_2 Date posted: 7/3/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   I've lived in the townhouses for the past two years. The current manager had just taken over when I moved in, and I must say she has made a number of improvements. One pool is open every summer now, the other has been closed since I moved in. The maintenance staff is first rate, and responds immediately to urgent situations (though I'm sure some people think everything is urgent). The only thing bad that I can say about Chisholm Trail Townhomes is the neighborhood they are in. It has gone from not-so-good to even worse. The other apartment complexes have rude, loud, and obnoxious people living in them. It's common to see the police paroling the streets often because of it. The neighborhood was one of my big determining factors for moving away from this place. Sad... the people taking care of it are trying really hard to make it a good place to live.
