Going Downhill...Fast From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/8/2002 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002   The apartments are nothing special to look at...the outside of the windows are filthy (I can't even see out of the master bedroom window, it's so dirty), paint is peeling on the doors, my fireplace leaks, inside paint job was really bad (paint on shower tiles, mirrors, etc.), and the outside of the apartments haven't been painted in God knows how long. Noise depends on your neighbors. I have one set of neighbors that I never hear, then I have Mr. and Mrs. White-trash with six kids on the other side of me who are driving me nuts with loud music and the kids jumping on the beds and throwing themselves against the wall. I have lived in these apartments for almost 2 years and the complex has turned into a pseudo-housing project. Kids run rampant at all hours, hanging out outside your apartment windows yelling and screaming, playing baseball in the vicinity of your car and apartment (lawsuit waiting to happen). I want to break the lease as soon as I possibly can - I seriously regret re-signing.
