Maintenance Sucks!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/4/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   The overall apartment is decent for the price you pay. The area "River Park" is really nice. Due to poor insullation your electric bills are HIGH!! Maintenance is awful, and poor jobs done. I think I could have done a better job then maintenance. Management doesnt really care either. Just had to pick up mail personally from the post office due to our mailboxes not being in "Good" condition, management never fixed the problem. It takes a MAJOR incident for management to fix ANYTHING. No A/C for 1 week had to stay elsewhere. Had been complaining for 3-6 MONTHS!!
