I had two different apartments, the large one bedroom and the large two bedroom. The one bedroom was okay, not great. We finally had to move a week before we were supposed to because our AC went out and they didn't have any maintenance men that could fix it for weeks. Pat, the manager, originally told me I could spend the night in the apartment I was transferring to but to move my stuff back the next morning to the broken AC apartment. The following day, they told me Pat never said I had to go back to the old apartment and that I had to come on my lunch break to sign my new lease for the two bedroom since I had "moved in", even though I hadn't! The new two bedroom apartment was horrible. There were literally holes in the carpet in every room. None of the windows had screens and half didn't have working blinds. The vent over the oven didn't work. The shower head in the master bathroom was broken! I could go on forever. And I was there when we got no mail for weeks because of the "bad quality" mailboxes. I will say that there was always plenty of parking. The pool was nice (when you were lucky enough to get there when no one else was there). The staff was VERY nice. So, if you are just looking for a cheap place to live, this is the place for you. If you want a nice place, move to one of the other complexes on River Park and pay more money.
