Great Place to Live!!!

I have lived here for over 7 years and know many other residents who have been here for over 5 years. It is amazing how quiet the property is and it is really great living right next to the bike trails on the Trinity River.
I cannot say enough about the office staff and the maintenance guys. They have always been really nice to me and anytime I have ever had a problem, it has always been taken care of promptly. Pest control comes once a month and in all the years I have lived here, I have never had a bug problem.
When I moved here,I started out in a two bedroom and then downgraded to a one bedroom whn my son left home. Now that my son has moved back, I am in the process of upgrading to another two bedroom. I have considered moving closer to my job, but have never found anywhere that I like as much as Churchill Park.
I agree that there are not alot of ameneties, but based on my experience at other apartment complexes,very few people use them anyway. At least we are not having to pay for facilities that we won't be using.
The complex does accept large dogs, but about the only way that my neighbors have them is when I seen them taking them out for walks. I rather like the idea, as it makes me feel safer.
The schools are excellent and this is a great area to bring up children. The grounds and the property are well maintained and clean.
If you don't want to pay for a lot of amenities that you will never use and you are looking for a great place to live, then this is it!
