Noisy and inefficient From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/12/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I would not recommend living here. just for the noise factor and the utility bills being high. My electric bill has been sky high since moving here! my previous apt complex i had to keep the heat up to 80 to keep it warm, here i have it at 70-75 and our electric bill is higher than at the previous complex. There is something to say for a newer complex as our previuos complex was newer and didn't have a furnace that came from the 1980's. I thought I would save some money by going to a cheaper complex but i ended up using all the extra for my utilities!
