DON'T MOVE HERE!!! IT'S A HEALTH HAZARD!

I did not personally live here, but my mom did.

She had the ceiling fan in her bedroom that needed to be replaced and it took maintenance the best part of a year to get her a new one! I kept telling her to refuse to pay her rent until they fixed all the repairs, but she didn't.

I don't recall ever seeing any bugs or anything in her apartment, but from what I'd heard, she had one of the nicest apartments there and apparently other people had that problem.

Parking wasn't that bad, but I think it just depends where you live. I've driven around the entire complex and in some places it's nearly impossible to get a parking spot if you're not a resident. And just because you're in one of the nicer parts of the complex doesn't mean you should leave your windows down or doors unlocked because I've seen people from the neighboring complexes eyeballing my husbands car while we're getting out to go inside.

The management was just flat out retarded. They always put late water notices on her door and a few months ago they even lost her check for her water and made her pay again.

Finally, my mom recently had a major pipe under her bathroom sink bust and it took maintenance 2 hours to come shut the water off!!! The apartment was flooded with about 6 inches of water all over the entire apartment, and in a matter of days, mold started to grow. She told the office and they were supposed to have people come out and change all the carpet and stuff, but when she came back later that day, she found that it hadn't been changed at all, but instead shampooed with some bubble gum-strawberry smelling cleaner. She also realized that they didn't even clean all of the carpets... just selected pieces. After about 2 weeks of that pipe busting, mold started growing up her walls, under the counters, where the dirty laundry thing is and by where the washer and dryer used to be. The bathroom counter's all warped because of the water damage... the apartments practically did nothing to prevent the mold from growin, which obviously is a health hazard. [In case you're all wondering, she found another place to move and broke her lease at this apartment complex about 6 months early because of the way they handled this issue.]
