I currently live at Coffee Creek. From what I have read everyone is being truthful. My car was towed though the tow company didn?t know why. They did bring it back after about 4hrs, which caused me to miss work. After complaining to the office all I was told is that?s not their responsibility. Apartment is infested with roaches. When cooking you will notice roaches coming from behind the cabinets. The office told me it was because I was dirty. In both building next to mine there is the same complaint. I suppose everyone is dirty. Don?t let them bring you to the parking area to the left of the apartment pot holes big enough to swallow a car. The neighbor under me has been robbed once and everyone surronding me has had there car broken into. My neighbor talked to the front office about it, but no help there. Someone has been robbed at gunpoint at the mailboxes since I've lived here. I?m lucky so far nothing bad has happen to me yet, hopefully I'll make it through my lease being able to say that. My lease ends in 2mths and I?ll be gone, and all my neighbors say the same thing. I could go on with the complaints but the other posting sum it up. The only positive thing I can thing of is that all my neighbors are nice and respectful.
