Enough Already From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/5/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   Allow me to clear the air here. As the courtesy officer I have to say that crime is not as bad as tennants believe it to be. Sure there are going to be car burglaries but you are going to find that anywhere you live. As far as the suicide (Yes it was a suicide)unfortunate incidents like that are going to happen anywhere. I can verify the incident as being a suicide because for one thing I am a Fort Worth Police Officer and I was one of the first people on the scene when it occurred. And yes you can even check with Channel 5 because they reported it as a suicide the next morning. This was a very sad incident and there is absolutely no reason to blame the managment for it. As for the management itself I see them on a daily basis and I have been treated with the upmost respect and find them to be very friendly and helpful to their residents. They are "cleaning house" as we speak and getting rid of the trouble makers and dead beats. For those who think that Missy is rude try paying your rent on time. I read one comment saying that this was the worst complex in the city. HAHAHAHA. Try living on the east side of Fort Worth and then tell me how bad it is here. Crime is going to happen everywhere and anytime. Unfortunately crime is an aspect of life that we have to deal with in today's society. There is no getting around it. It is up to the management and the courtesy patrol to make this the safest property that we can and believe me we are doing everything that we can. So enough already with slamming the management. I applaud this management for a job well done. -The Courtesy Officer
