Overall, it is an ok place to live. We did notice that it was cold in one of our bedrooms this winter and I looked up into the attic. Surprise, there is NO insulation on over half of it. I reported this to Management, they said they would bid it out and get some insulation up there. Well, that was 3 weeks ago. My electric bill is going to be more than rent,, not a good thing.
Had one neighbors car broke into, an apartment broke into and a purse snatched. Thats just on my side of the complex.
