Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2001
i recieved a check for a small amount of my s=deposit back, never cashed it, only $19. 4 weeks later recieved a letter stating the particulars of the refund. Totally false claims! I called to argue, but was told since I cashed the check I had no recourse. I agreed to the refund when I cashed the check. When i told her I never cahsed it, she became speechless... I got all my money back. Watch out these people probably rip everyone they can. I lived there 3 years (over $18,000 in rent!!), and they tries to get an extra couple of hundred. Also raised my rent EVERYTIME I renewed! I was in good with the maintence guy, so I always gott hooked up with new stuff, but he was always telling me stories about other tenants problems, like it was a joke.
