Who was paid to write that last review''' WHAT AWESOME NEW LIVING CONDITIONS'' My neighbors and I totally differ from that last review. The outside might look better but the inside conditions are a joke. It takes them forever to fix a major problem, because they say they don't have the funds at the time when we need something done. Whatever that means!! And my neighbors have had an ongoing leak that still isn't fixed right!! The maint. staff seem to be overworked and stressed out. And as for the office staff being extremely helpful'''' WOW!!!!! That's a stretch. My 3rd grader could run this place better. I do have a HUGE problem with their professionalism. So, where shall I start' First of all the office doesn't know which way is up or down. And, it would be nice if the manager would come out of her office every once in awhile and talk to some people who have addressed very serious concerns. She always has to hide in her office for some reason. Never has the manager greeted me or my wife directly with our concerns....or even returned our calls. And apparently we are not the only ones that feel this way. Also, one of the girls in the office dresses so inappropiate and conducts herself in such an unprofessional manner, that it has now become uncomfortable for me to even go into the office anymore. So I try to avoid the office as much as possible. The other girls used to be helpful but in the last few weeks they have gotten very curt. When we request anything simple, we never get a returned phone call (horrible customer service). What's going on with this place' I have considered contacting the main headquarters and complaining but what's the point. Our lease expires soon and we've had enough. Not a very good feeling for someone who has lived here for 3 years. To me this is VERY BAD BUSINESS!!! It's time to move out and move on. We have been told by several neighbors they feel the same way about the living conditions and the office staff too. SO...EVERYONE OUT THERE LOOKING TO MOVE....DON'T LOOK HERE...IT'S NOT WORTH THE TROUBLE.

I'VE JUST APPLIED FOR LEAD MAINTENANCE AND HOPE TO GET THE POSITION.SEEMS TO BE A PLACE TO WORK AND IF I DO GET IT I PLAN ON GETTING SOME BETTER REVIEWS THAN WHAT I SEE HERE ,IT CAN BE DONE . JUST WATCH! LOOKING FORWARD AND CROSSING MY FINGERS.
