I have had more issues with appliances breaking. The ice maker, the disposal, the oven. Neither window in the living room will stay up. These are not viewed as pressing issues and some still have not been fixed.

The lock on the front door is ridiculous. One deadbolt that I have to tighten every other week. It makes me secure to leave the house with just that for protection while I am gone.

The gate system that was installed. I am surprised there hasn?t been an accident yet. Four to six cars lined up waiting for just one resident with a gate card. Thats what I paid $25 for was to be the gate attendant. Having to get out of my car to lets other non-residents in' And managements response to this...We are going to fine you if the gates are broken.

The door access in the gate for someone on foot does not even open with your house key. Just what I would want to do is stand in the driveway and dial for the office to let me in, but of course that could only be during office hours.

This was to help with parking' Now we are all being threatened with towing at our own expense.

Have you ever had to have a conversation with the staff here' They take rudeness and scorn to a whole new level. When the fire alarms sounded off at three am where was the staff and the courtesy officer to help us then. Instead we had to listen to the alarms for two hours. Courtesy on call is an answering service who has stated that no one will contact you but someone will get the message when the office is open. And the point of having this feature...
I was one of the buildings that lost a chimney for months and months...All the washing machines and dryers are broken and is there anyway to get quarters or a refund for lost money.

What great way can they think of next to make us want to stay'
