The staff personnel is terrible and awful. They should be banned from working in leasing

The ladies there were very rude. I had to get my own manager from another apartment complex to talk to coffe creekÂs manager about an issue they were pending on me. When my manager told them several irregularities she saw on my lease, and their procedures....they finally stopped bothering me. Once my manager hang up the phone, she told me they were stupid. If someone else calls you stupid by the type of work you show in 8 minutes, you can be sure you are not all four-star administration.
There was a lady who seemed very nice at the beginning, but like the review before showed, once you tell them something about the living situation there, they become super country-red-neck-trash. They do not acknowdledge you or simply lie about it. It was awful. REALLY, They are the HELL from apartment complex here. It is AWFUL!!!!
