I heard that alot of people where writing negative things about these apartments. So untrue they are just bitter people with nothing better to do then critcizes and bad mouth a good thing. Coffee Creek Apts in general have been nothing less then perfect i have no complaints nor do i have any problems with the staff. So if all the people that have written negative things would stop trying to get your way and just chill maybe you could see that you are just pompous and ignorant. Coffee Creek are great i have recommened many of my friends to move hear. So there you are; the truth of this residential place from someone whom actually cares about where they live.

If you consider muggings and car break ins good qualities to have, then yeah this is a great place to live! Hey the facts are the facts and just because you don't see it with your own two eyes,does NOT mean that it did not happen.

I really enjoyed living at Coffee Creek. The new management made a lot of difference, and they were always very polite. The only problem is some of the tenants are seemingly deaf (by the sound of their mind numbing rap "music.") One day I drove to my apt, and to my surprise the CSI van was parked there! That was too close for comfort for me. Another friend of mine told me of someone high on drugs (I don't know, maybe he just wandered in) and he climbed on to the roof of the 3rd floor, and was making threats to people,and their pets. Personally this was too much, but then again I already had plans of moving out of state. Management was great, but I just think they should screen people better (as in drug screen and crime background checks).
