Coffee Creek Apartments

My first apartment 2 years ago and I am still a resident From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/15/2006 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006   I've lived here for 3 years ever since I moved out of my parentās house when I was 20. I started in a one-bedroom and transferred to a two-bedroom after two years. When I've needed repairs, the maintenance crews have always been very quick to respond. The office workers are very nice and friendly and they know who I am as soon as I walk in the door. I would not recommend this complex to an older person because they do offer student and military discounts. Therefore, there are lots of young people around. The apartment itself is large with a nice balcony and ceiling fans. Also a fireplace. The property has a private work out room with machines and TVs; beautiful pool and a handy business center. I had to use the laundry room and because there were so machines, it was never crowded. (I had w/d hookups in the apartment but no w/d) Both bedrooms have own bathrooms and walk in closets. The only bad thing I can say is that I had a water leak, but they came and repaired it and then fixed the ceiling right away. Nice people, nice community. Oh, and they let me get a cat and they were nice enough to let me pay out my pet deposit. :)
