I have lived at Coffee Creek for almost a year now and it is my first apartment out of my parents house. I love the staff and they have all been extremely helpful with everything that I have asked, except for a recent girl who has been added to the staff within the last month or so.... She seems very snooty and doesn't seem quite intelligent. But other than that I haven't had any problems. The workout room is pretty nice and I like that there isn't much people in it. Everytime I call the maintenance men, whether it be 3 p.m. or 3 a.m., they are always helpful and fix everything asked. People on here are seeming to complain about bug problems.. I have never had a bug problem and if you do have one, for some odd reason, you can let the office know and they schedule for the exterminator to come out and spray once a month, free of charge. Parking is a bit of a hassle sometimes, but it's not so bad. The story about the man who was on top of the roof and going crazy, I believe he wasn't even a resident or something. I don't believe anyone has ever gotten shot. There was a natural death since I have lived here and our neighbor told me that one time there was a man who attempted suicide a long time ago. I've never had anyone ever vandalize my car and I live somewhat near the back. My neighbors are all very friendly, and I don't believe that anyone has a justified complaint. If your neighbors are making loud noises, they will take care of it. They're even updating the front of the apartments and adding in some bricks and such into the entrance to make it look more modern. If you renew your lease, you get to choose to update your apartment with 2 in. blinds, an accent wall, new lighting in the bathrooms, or a built in microwave. I've definately loved living here and I will definately be renewing my lease.

I liked coffee creek too when i lived there about a year ago but to the statement of someone being shot....so did happen!!! Heard the shots, police and detectives where everyhere. Other than that no problems.

Yes, someone really did get shot in the 900 building. It was a home invasion by two guys carring firearms and the tenant also had a firearm. It was his grandfather's apartment who had passed away and the guy wasn't even on the lease. It happend around noon. Also even though ity didn't happen to this person, besides the home invasion I know of at least one break in and auto theft right by the office. Also, I had drug dealers living below me.That is something to complain about.
