I have lived at Coffee Creek since 2001 and I love it!!!! Although we have gone through several different management .. I think they have found some winners this go around with The Tipton Group... I have never had any problems with the staff, parking, break ins, maybe a few loud residents ... but all in all I am very happy here and plan on staying as long as they will let me!!! And they do give discounts on rent ... guess you just have to know what to ask them !!!!
