Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
Keep looking for an apartment if this was your last stop. The office staff AND maintenance HALF do their job, it is a bunch of lazy, not wanting to work people. They go home when they get ready and do not care about the convenience of the residents. They hassle you to stay in the apartment once your lease is up calling, leaving notices, BEGGING...
Furthermore, the apartments are OLD and need new appliances. My dishwasher was rusted out and the fridge was leaking and the ONLY thing they did was turn the water supply off. Is that supposed to magically fix it'''''
Also, the noise level is outrageous, if you are any kind of student or a person who needs sleep, this is NOT the environment for you. Music banging and blaring at ALL hours of the morning, day,AND night.
KEEP looking if you know what is best for you...
