I must agree the maintance in this complex is horrible. Overall, i've been here for some years and I wouldn't suggest anyone to move into this complex. I have not had much experience with the front office because i ulitize the nightdrop to pay my rent. At the end of the day, if I could fine an cheaper apartment I would fly the heck out of here....

Look in the Benbrook area I did and I found a great neighbhor and a bigger place to live for the same price. It's a fourplex but it's so much better than there.
