I've lived here for 2 1/2 years. Last year they changed management. Almost immediately, they began remodeling. The problem was, they would enter apartments for "repairs" without giving notice. They removed the screens off our balconey without informing us, and the constant water problems were never fixed properly. To this day, water pipes break every month or so, and because we pay for water, residents end up paying for all the leaks. There have been problems with billing for gas. We were here for two years before they began billing us for gas. Then they said when that happens, the other residents end up paying what others aren't.

They have conducted three "inspections" in the last 4 months and have now given notice that due to new management, another inspection will be scheduled soon again.

The rents are reasonable, but if I had to do it all over again, I'd stay as far away as possible.
