This was my first apartment in Fort Worth and I was SO happy to move out last summer. At first, things seemed ok, but the longer I lived there, the more I grew to hate this place!

My building was so noisy...I could hear traffic on Hulen, the train, and even the guy above me and every move he made. It was so terrible...I had to wait until the train went by to talk on the phone, otherwise I couldn't hear...couldn't hear the TV either.

I also had serious bug issues...roaches and ants! I was getting into bed one night and my entire bed was black with ants...it was the most traumatic thing ever....they were everywhere, and I could not move out of that place fast enough after that.

I don't really understand how people say they felt safe there...the gate was always open, and even the pizza man knows the code to get it, so No one is really kept out. Even though they "remodeled" the laundry facilities, they were still NASTY and so hot...because they couldn't figure out a way to put air conditioners in without people stealing them...pretty safe place, huh'

They just redid the gate codes and erased them all b/c of secruity problems. Every once in a while either the entrance or exit gates are open, but more often than not they are closed. You even have to call the office during business hours is you are just shopping for apartments if that gives you an idea of security level. Most have connections to avoid laundry room, but it looked same as rest. Live on 3rd floor, smartly avoid people living above you, but have never heard side to side neighbors. Also haven't seen an ant in a year of being here. The thing about the phone and the train is pure bull, not even close to the truth.
