don't live here--smoke, train noise, bad management, and loud music

I have to say this is the WORST apartment I have lived ever. It is on busy street with crazy trafic noise.
I stated that I need non-smoking room. Yet my apartment is soon filled with the disgusting smell of ciggret smoke because the messed-up air duct and poor wall construction. The manager's suggestion is that I go buy a machine to clean the air up.
Also, people are loud here--even as they drive within the apartment campus, the car stereo are deafening...
Don't live here if you want a quiet and comfortable place called home

Don't live by the road then. Never had a problem with Hulen noise living mid-way in the complex. Rarely hear stereos from cars, maybe 1-2 per month. Train noise isn't that common and not living on the side with the tracks sometimes isn't loud at all. I thought the train would be a problem and as a light sleeper I didn't find it as one once I actually moved in. Road noise non-existent.
