break ins From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/29/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   ive only lived here for a few months and the parking is insane because i work very long hours and sometimes end up parking by the next building because most of the ones up close are filled due to people with normal hours and people that have lived there for 5 years. My car was broken into and very valuble stuff was taken from me. There are no cameras, little lighting, and no security to monitor the parking lot. The fact that this is a gated community didnt prevent anyone from coming in here that shouldnt. They would just follow someone already coming through and there is no guard to prevent this from happening even though there is an area for him/her. There were also three kids yesterday jumping on someones car trying to hop the fence and I really hope that it belonged to one of the kids parents. The staff is very friendly and my move in was easy except that I requested downstairs and got stuck on the third floor. I would have renewed my lease from my previous apt. on a month to month basis just to have downstairs apt. I failed to ask before I moved in so thats my fault i guess. Great price for the space, I dont feel safe as far as my car goes.
