nice management, loud & run down From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/14/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   this place is nice enough for the price. the management is pretty good and have been accomodating for me. it is noisy though. also, i've had the maintenace guys come out 3 times to fix different things in the apt but they are never fixed adequately and only work right for the next couple of days. you can hear your neighbors upstairs, and if you are on the first floor, you will hear EVERYTHING going on outside. people are friendly, but the socializing can get on your nerves if you like your privacy.
