not bad, but not great

I've lived at Creekside a while and moved out recently. Alliance Mgmt made four mistakes that really took a toll on our complex. First, they let Amber go. Not really their fault (congrates Amber!!), but they should have done more to bring her back. After Amber, the only good leasing girl they had was Cassandra. She was always willing to help you and listen to you. If she was doing something she stopped and gave you her full attention. If she was having a bad day and felt that she was showing it, she would apologize (even if she really wasn't showing it). Cassandra took the time to help you understand the lease and answer any questions you had. Above all! She was honest and fair. You asked her a straight question she gave you a straight answer, just like Miss Robbie. She also knew everything that was going on. The other leasing girls would say "I don't know but I'll ask Robbie when she gets back." Not Cassandra, she could always answer. After that they moved Robbie. Robbie was an AWESOME manager. She didn't take any sh** from anyone and got things done! She treated everyone with respect and professionalism. Miss Robbie treated every one the same. After Miss Robbie left, Cassandra was left alone for months. She was great! Her and the maintenance, Kevin took care of everything. Kevin was the best maintenance ever! He fixed things quickly and he fixed them right. If he needed a part, he told you and kept you updated on the status. Well then Kevin was moved and maintenance SUCKS now. They take forever to get things done and then they don't do it right. So that was mistake three. Oh! Between Kevin and Miss Robbie leaving their were....four or five others coming in and out of the office. I learned very quickly as well as others, Cassandra was the only person we could trust to get things done. If we gave work orders to any one other than her, they never got done. Are you ready for mistake four'' They moved Cassandra. Now the office is not as friendly and NO ONE knows what's going on. The new manager is really bad at putting up a front...you can tell she really doesn't care. I'm glad I moved. It used to be great, but when you take away the people that make it great, your kingdom is sure to fall. Creekside has it's problems and I'm sure the management will get it together soon; what aparments don't have problems'' I used to recomend these apartments to everyone. I would NOT do that now.
