I have been a resident of Creekside for almost 3 years now. I grew up in this area, so I know the "reputation" the area has gotten. As far as the neigborhood, it is a little noisy, but the apartments themselves are rather nice and quiet. The office staff, Charles and Shannon, are wonderful. Every time I go into the office, the office staff always knows my name and usually what apartment I live in. That makes me feel like they really pay attention and care about their residents. They are always friendly and right on top of the problem. Maintance always has fixed my problems within a day or two and they are very nice too. I like the fact that they do NOT accept Section 8 or housing. Parking is open, so you don't need a stupid sticker or your family and friends don't have to park a mile away in "designated" parking. They even have horseback uniformed police officers patrol, since they just opened a new police station very close! It stays pretty quiet around here...occasionally people "bass" their music in the parking lot driving through but all in all I would reccomend Creekside to anyone on a fixed budget and who enjoys a small complex.
