Good Place to live but expect to stretch out your wallet...

I lived here for over a year and had a very good experience. Maintenance complaints were always responded in a timely manner, all of the appliances and furnishings were brand new, and the garage that I had really made parking a non-issue but if you don't get one then parking gets filled up fast. My neighbors were nice and curtious. It is a pet friendly place having convenient "poop waste" locations throughout the complex. The staff did indeed recently change and I have noticed the difference but they still do a good job. The only thing I would really complain about is the pricing. It tends to be on the ridiculous side considering the location next to Como. You could of found a place just as good and cheaper elsewhere. The reason why I stayed was because of it's convenient location next to Camp Bowie and the Naval Air Station where I worked. Security has never been an issue being a gated community. Never heard of any break-ins or thefts. I did see an old security man every night patrolling the premises in his bike or sometimes vehicle making you feel safe knowing at least someone is keeping an eye out at night. I would definitely recommend this place to live in but expect to pay a pretty dime for it. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji
