Since moving here there has been 4 different companies to manage this property. Each company has the same motto: "Don't fix nothing, just collect money".
This is horrible. This complex could have higher ratings BUT the maintenance is terrible. This complex has had a high turnover rate in tenants for the same reason, nothing get fixed around here. The manager live on property so does the maintenance personnel. If you examine the buildings they live in appliances are updated and every unit within their building has a new air conditioning unit. This could be a nice complex if the inside would look as good as the outside. This issue may never be fixed but its good for anyone reading reviews to know this. I honestly think in some ways your right! I have lived here twice and I'm a current resident now, I had to call numerously about them changing filters before they actually did it but what ticks me off is the loud music. Overall the apartments would be nice if everyone took care of them but not everyone does. I am thinking of resigning my lease but only if I see better improvements and on the other reviews, "PLEASE TELL ALL GUESTS TO PARK IN THE RIGHT SPOT" they took my homegirls car too!
