Enclave At City View

Not happy with new owners From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/6/2003 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2003   With the old owners we had more extras like the auto club and the staff appered to be happy now we have a manager that I believe would fall over dead if she showed any plesantness whitch is why I think the staff is not as happy as they used to be. They are here to do a job and that is all. We now pay for water and garbage and the rent was still increased. We don't get things fixed as quickly as before and they make me feel like I'm imposing on them to put in a request. This past year they fixed my ice maker with used parts twice and about the fourth request I put in thay ordered me a part to fix it right. I have not had any problems with it sence. It was 5 request untill my alarm was fixed in a 8 month span. 4 until my air conditioner was fixed in Oct. I went all summer with it not working right. This is Friday and we have not had hot water since Sunday night. They are having to put in a new boiler.
