Enclave At City View

Spent one year here. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/9/2003 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002   I believe the enclave was a good value when I lived there. New ownership and management has taken over since I moved. Things may have changed. The maintenance staff was VERY good. I was quite impressed. All you had to do was walk out the door and tell maintenance your problem. It was taken care of right then and there. The office staff was friendly most of the time. I have had better, but I can't complain! My apartment was a nice size for the price I was paying, and covered parking was free-- a definite bonus. There is a security guard at night. Sometimes it was annoying when the wouldn't let my fiance come in and visit me if I missed the phone call, even though the guard knew him by name. I guess that really is a good thing when it comes down to it. The apartments are a little older, and a bit run down, but I was well taken care of, well informed, and don't have any major complaints! I hope things haven't changed!
