New management=Bad management From: dfinan@charter.net Date posted: 6/16/2003 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2003   I have lived here for almost 4 Years when under DFW management it was great place to live reasobale rent rates great amenities and the service was exceptional. Since Alliance has taken over we have seen the removal of several ammenities, we now get to pay for water and garbage and they have a large rent increase. Add to that an unresponsive maint. staff and electrical problems causing a huge spike in Electrical usage and I wouldnt recomend moving here. I am glad I am moving out.
