Enclave At City View

Moving out this month...couldn't be happier! From: MissVenus Date posted: 8/26/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   My boyfriend and I moved in Sept. 2002 & from almost day one have had nothing but problems. First it was the hot water & water pressure in our shower. Then it was the toilet that wouldn't stop running. The pipes under the kitchen sink leaked and ruined the wood. The pipes were fixed but the wood is rotted & waiting to be replaced. (This was in April) Then the A/C went out for a week & a half in May. I can't count how many times I have woken up in the morning for work & not had any hot water for a shower. No exaggeration....at least once a month. It feels like they've changed the boilers 10 times by now! It's just one thing after another here. The management is nice enough......but it takes an act of Congress to get anything done. If you want quality look elsewhere.
