Enclave At City View

Speed Bumps - Taller than normal From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/25/2004 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003   We lived in Enclave for 2 years. On the 3rd floor by the pool we loved our apartment location because it was breezy with the windows open. But the speed bumps were not normal bumps. They were like every 10 feet and 4 feet high. It really wore on our cars! We had friends that did not want to drive around to our apartment because of the bumps. It is really too many buildings for that area.Very congested. We really liked the pond and ducks but the old lady who would walk out to feed them (aka "the duck lady")in her night gown everyday and walked in front of our car shewing the ducks because she thought we would run over them and make us miss the green light sucked. The new management sucks the old one was great to us. We now live in the Verandas at Cityview and pay more but have a much larger apartment and very nice staff. We do miss the ducks. Oh and lots of college kids.
