But I think it has to do with the weather. Notices went out last spring when the crime spree hit 76132 but stopped immediately when my car was stolen and many more residents had break ins. Im sure Valet Trash is great, but if you dont want an outdoor trash can, too bad. You have to keep it. Maintenence request turnaround is good. Dont live by the pond if you want to avoid noise, the Marina Club apartment noise is amplified and travels over. Potholes galore, no matter how many times they pave it. Dog mess everywhere, no stations for owners to drop off their bags.

Looks like the ghetto. I drove by there one day just to look. I am glad I didn't rent here. You forgot to mention that the pool is closed and I am sure the health department had something to do with that. The laundry rooms are dirty and run down. Dumpsters are old and broken. On the weekend that I drove out there, there was trash overflowing from the dumpster. Some patios are dirty and some even had animal droppings on them. I looked up who owned this complex. Alliance should be ashamed of themselves for even letting this complex look like this. It looks nothing like the pictures. Lots of trashy people and minorities. This complex is next door to section 8 housing and I bet this complex is also low income housing too. I didn't see any white folks living here.
