Well, we moved in three months ago and at first it was ok. It was my girlfriend and mines first place. After the new and excitement went away, we started noticing all the bad. Two days after move in we recieved a letter about a crime alert and break-ins. We thought that was bad, but didnt recieve any after that so we thought everything was good. Wrong! Our "guard" sucks, when he shows up. He just opens the gate and waves everyone in. Well that was when he was there, now there is no guard and the gates stay open 24/7. The streets have pot-holes, the curbs are falling apart. There is dog ---- all over the place. We had a trash can, but someone stoll it. And the only way the apartment will pick up your trash is if you have it in the can they give you. We asked for one several times and still nothing. There is trash blowing around all over. We had a drug dealer living below us at first. And when I was gone to work or the fire station he would go upstairs and bang on my door trying to get my girlfiend to come out and talk to him. Management did nothing. And cops were called on him a couple of times. He was finally evicted. The noise is bad, during the day I understand, but it continues way on into the night. Management does nothing. It's getting to be summer and the pool is half full and green. Parking sucks. Oh, and did I mention the RAT'! No shittin! A full grown, three pound, foot long rat! This thing would come out at night and eat our dog food. And then it started gettin the treats. It ripped open two brand new bags of treats and tried draggin one from the dining room to the kitchen, it got stuck in the cabinet door. Manangement did nothing, they are on a budget freezwe are told. Well WE finally caught this rat and it took two rat glue traps to do it! It went after the food we had laid out and got stuck half on one trap and half on the other! There is crime all the time- management doesn't even send out letters anymore! We have found out about break-ins to apartments and cars from other people. Also found out about a shooting just recently! Found that out from a friend who doesn't even live there but saw the ratings for our apartment on this website and told me about it. THE PLACE SUCKS! We are moving at the end of our lease, and I suggest that everyone else get out too and don't move in here!

Well..well..looks like you better give your 60 days notice then haven't you. And before you would like to post comments on here you might wanna check your spelling. Im sorry your life is miserable and you have to pick on everything. You know the trash thing, how about you take your lazy ass and take it out like a man. Oh im sorry that might be too much work for you. And, 2nd maybe you havent went to the office to tell management anything. Have you thought that maybe they cant read your ------- mind? DUHHHHH!!!! Oh and the rat....Enclave has pest control come out every other Wed., maybe if you told them they would have gotten it taken care of. But NOOO you rather ----- about it and expect management to read your tiny peanut brain. Oh and you say there are drug dealers living below you??? Well if management did nothing how come they got evicted?? There is a process they have to go through before they can do that. But no you think everyone is going to wait on you hand and foot. Whatever. Get a life. If you hate the place so bad why not break your lease?? There is that option. Oh and another thing the noise at night? How would they know?? They're not there. Any normal people would contact the office?? But still...sounds like you haven't done that. All i have to say is im a resident here and i enjoy the enclave i have lived here for a long time. And i dont have problems. And if i do i report it. The office staff always takes care of my needs...maybe its because i tell them!!!! Thank you enclave for all you have done for me!!!! Goodbye loser.
