Ripping off down and out folks From: bumpkin1145 Date posted: 1/21/2004 Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2001   When your job doesnt pay you alot of money and you need a place to live, you settle for what you can get, and that is what I did. The folks who lived around me did not speak english, but we all still got along. My balcony almost collapsed with me on it and after bringing it to mgts attention, i was told not to go out there until it was fixed. It took them 6 months to fix. My apartment was clean but the cockroaches from next door paid me regular visits. Maintenance never spoke english. Representattives would tour your apartment just for the hell of it. STAY AWAY!
