I lived in these apt.s for 2 months and moved out. I think overall these apt.s are a very bad place to live because I lived there alone, and was hardly ever there, yet I still got 2 lease violations within the first month for being too loud. I don't understand how you can get 2 violations for noise, when you don't have any company at your apartment and the only time you are there is to sleep and take a shower. I never played music in that apartment not once. When I tried to have the office work with me on that, they were very rude, and said I'm sorry but if you get another violation you will have to move. So, I actually talked to all of my neighbors in the building, they all claimed that they had never even heard a sound coming from the apartment I lived in, unless it was the water running from the bath tub. Later, I found out that my neighbor who lived upstairs was moving out also. He had mysteriously recieved 2 violations for noise, also. I never once heard the man. Of course he had lived there for longer, and got his first violation before i moved in. I don't understand why the people in the office were so rude after i moved in, and very unwilling to work with me on the violations. I packed up, moved out and payed my reletting charges, just so i didn't have to deal with such rude people. I still find 2 things amazing, how the maintenance man can walk his dog 50 times in 1 night- all through the night to be nosy, and still make it to work on time in the morning, and the other thing is how nice people can be when they are trying to convince you what a nice community they have and how wonderful the place is but they all of a sudden change once they have got you and your money. So therefore, in my opinion, don't even waste your time looking at that place, it's nothing but a headache, you will be sorry! Not to mention, the price was outrageous. That's all I have to say about that place.
