The look of these apartments are great but these are surrounded by lower classed apartments that house alot of criminals.So needless to say these apartments draws that crowd because everyone knows the gate code and most of the time it doesn't work. The monthly charge for water is unreal.We paid $40-50 dollars per month and we were gone half of the time. Don't be fooled by the pool,jaccuzi and gym-it's more to these apartments than meets the eye. The overall community is very loud. You have to leave several messages for office to receive a call back for maintainance and tenant/neighbor complaint issues. May have to pretend to be a future tenant to get a faster call back. You are more likely to have car towed before you see the security guard you are told about when you viewed the apartments. Benbrook police is normally taking a lunch break during midnight-early morning hours outside the apartments. If you don't mind stepping in doggy doo as you try to enjoy the nice river on side of apartments,loud noises from neighbors,criminals across the street,powerline view if you get an apartment in the back,increasing rent by $75-100 when it's time to renew,additional $40-50 per month for water bill,no where for visitors to park this might be the place for you. Oh yea, the only thing that the office will maintain without loosing is your rent payment and you least. They will tell you anything to get you out of there office once you move in.

I lived here for 3 years and its the quietest place I have found yet. The 40 water bill is high but its like that in most every apartment complex b/c the city will never take the time to come check meters on 300 something units. The office since the new management in 05 is amazing. I have never had a problem never had to wait on maintanence for more than a couple hours I think you must have been mad about something its a great property
