I agree that the manager Susan is a complete -----, and generally unpleasant to deal with for even simple matters. But the leasing agent, the maintenance... top knotch. The property is generally quiet and feels safe for the neighborhood. Good for the price. Skip talking to the manager, though. She's so rude that you feel like cursing her!

I've dealt with Susan on many issues over several years and she has never been rude to me, so maybe the issue is with you, not her.
