60-day notice the only major downside

I lived at The Heights for almost two years. The biggest obstable I had living there was negotiating around the "big apartment corporation" policies. The biggest headache is the 60-day move out notice, as this makes synchronizing a move-out with a move-in whether to a new house/apartment nearly impossible to plan. With effort, I was able to work around this with The Heights staff. It took them some time to wrap their heads around my individual needs and to reconcile them with their management policies, but we got there in the end. Advice: Be patient, and be nice.
