I lived there for 5 months...The problems started when I first moved in. I was told that the deposit was 100 and it would go toward my first months rent...but the day I moved in I was told that it was 200...My apartment was dirty...I informed management about it and they promised that someone would come and clean it...NEVER HAPPENED! The water was always off...lines would break or something but most of the time I lived there I never had hot water. They had a line burst outside my apartment so the walk-way was flooded and when they started working on it there was a big muddy hole that I needed to watch out for...with bad lighting at night it was a law-suit waiting to happen. Unfortunately for my neighbor the water-line flooded our porch and her apartment! The location isnt bad but the management is. My car was towed by the on-site security guard because he didnt recognize it...but everyone else that lived in the building knew which car was mine...that towing cost me 150 dollars! I approached management about a refund and they took the cost of towing out of my rent but gave me nothing else for my time, stress, or the effort it took to get over to east Ft Worth when they towed the only car I had. When I was evicted I was given 24 hours notice to move...That was the worse situation I had ever been in...It was raining and had to come up with a solution fast...good thing there is a storage place just down the road.

yeah... there good at kicking you out. IF they find out that you called code enforcement on them you are as good as gone.
